This is my absolute favorite Draco pic ever!!!!!
(this is an icon by alexia_drake btw) Does anyone know what film it's from? I should probably just ask alexia_drake. I'm kind of hoping it's new, but most of Draco's sexy pics are from PoA.
I MUST find a bigger version. Maybe something almost life-size? ; D Current Mood: crappy

|Draco's SILVER Wand
Have you all seen the new picture that came out a few days ago:
Did anyone else notice that Draco's wand is freaking SILVER? AWESOME. No one in the movies so far has had anything other than a wood wand. What does this mean??? Plus, love Felton's scowl. And his eyes. *drools*
Link to Large Hi-Res version (you can see the wand really clearly here): http://www.hpana-media.com/Movies/OotP/Gallery-Pages/Image42.html
Nothing too exciting, if anyone has checked mugglenet recently, this Jon Pall Eyjolfsson is auditioning for HBP.
First, SO exciting they're auditioning already! Yay!
Second, rumor has it Jon Pall might be auditioning for young Voldemort. NOOOOOOOOOO!!! I WANT CHRISTIAN COULSON BAAAACKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But actually, someone found a picture of this guy (I haven't been able to) and said he doesn't look anything like Tom Riddle. So, I think he's must be auditioning for young Dumbledore! That's my guess. Either that or one of the Gaunts. Probably young Dumbledore though, because Steve Kloves personally recommended Jon Pall for whatever role he's auditioning for, so it must be an important role.
EDIT: Found pictures at leaky!
DUDE, that is SO young Dumbledore! Look at the eyebrows!!!

|Discussing DH SPOILERS from intern
Oh, these were beautiful. I'd love for him to be serious, but I strongly suspect someone sat down and made up some carefully plotted crap to feed us.
Either way, it's delicious and I love it! Does anyone know a place (thread) where these spoilers are being discussed? I can't find a site talking about them.
Current Mood: geeky
All this speculation is delightful, but the more I look at the spoilers the supposed 'intern' put up, the more and more he looks fake. Personally, if I were going to release little tidbits to the public, I wouldn't tell anyone who I was. But he revealed EXACTLY who he was. The only paid intern at Arthur A Levine. To me that stinks of fraud. Hmm. I really really want to believe though! I'll just pretend he's legit for fun. :D

Reading this book called "Astonish Yourself! 101 experiments in the philosophy of everyday life" by Roger-Pol Droit and is totally cool. Has all these random things you can do to sort of re-evaluate everyday life or step out of your body for a second or just play with your mind. Current Mood: tired
#9 Hurt Youself Briefly
"You're bored. The play is interminable. The lesson is without interest. Or you're waiting for a phone call that doesn't come. Or you don't know what to do next, and you are in two minds. The world is veiled in a kind of mist. You feel you are becoming inconsistent yourself, as if your substance had begun to lose definition and to spread out vaguely all around you. As if you are becoming increasingly vaporous, milky, and weightless. You no longer know exactly who you are, or where you are. Boredom has started to dissolve you.
Pinch yourself. Hard. Where it really hurts. The inside of your arm, your neck, or your groin. The pain caused must be brief, but intense. Enough to make you utter a cry, which you may well have to smother. To outwit your defense mechanisms, act quickly. Allow yourself no time to anticipate or prepare for the pain. Be sudden. Try to take yourself by surprise, so to speak. Do everything in your power to hide your intentions. The pain must traverse you as though by accident, like a sudden collision. It must descend you, like a lightning flash in the middle of the torpor of the day.
If you are sufficiently violent, the effect is certain: you recover reality, your body is returned to you, you know where you are, the mist dissipates, you emerge from your boredom, you return to the world.
Just one question remains, which you should ponder: why should the experience of pain return us to reality? Is it a simple reminder? The effect of contrast? Or have we, in the course of our millenia, created such a way of life for ourselves that pain has become the first symptom of the world? A piercing question."
Yeah... I couldn't do that one. I tried pinching my inner thigh really hard, but I just can't purposely hurt myself. Anyway, here are a few experiments I've done before ever reading the book:
#88 Prowl At Night
#96 Kill People In Your Head
(is it scary that I've done this?)
#47 Weep At The Cinema
"Flaunting this public emotion of apparently innocent tears conceals a particular pleasure, that of letting go, of barriers temporarily lowered." What? I was just really upset that Jack died and Rose slept through it.
#35 Contemplate A Dead Bird
My old roommate use to get really freaked out when I'd point out dead birds to her. :)
#28 Look At People From A Moving Car
Effect: invisible man
#27 Invent Lives For Yourself
Things I've never done that I want to try right away tomorrow:
#40 Shower With Your Eyes Closed
"You don't know where the water is coming from. You can pretend it's a tropical rain, the sprinklers going off. Perhaps you are alone, perhaps people are watching. But don't think, don't imagine scenarios. Just feel the warm water, the drops, the pressure. Try to confine yourself to this single sensation, without meaning and without images. Don't look for words to describe it. Remain speechless and gather your whole self within the weight of the water. Do not melt or merge, just remain uninterruptedly drenched. Avoid anything that smacks of prayer or ecstasy. Just remain there, your skin wet." I'm so excited to try this! Usually I think in the shower and end up being in there way too long.
#13 Drink While Urinating
Effect: wide open
"You should try to drink the water straight down, without pausing. You will feel quite bizarre sensations almost immediately. The water leaving seems to be synchronized with the water coming in. The water you're drinking is exiting directly. You will feel directly wired, from throat to urethra. Your system seems to have opened inside out, with the water flowing smoothly from inside to outside." Interesting. Will be a little embarassed while doing this though.
Things I want to try but never will:
#11 Telephone At Random
"Press the numbers at random, wait and see what happens. May have to make several attempts before a real person picks up. None of this should be treated as a prank. Say "I'm phoning you at random. Can you tell me who you are?" They may slam the phone down on you or you may begin an unlikely conversation with the receptionist at a steel grinder factory in Manchester. They may insult you, or they may be lonely and enjoy the game. This experiment is a way of experiencing the density of the human world, both close at hand and far away. This is a starting point of microadventures into this density. Instantaneous disorientations, sudden faults in the daily routine, little pockets of strangeness. To return to earth, just hang up. Strands of otherness hang in the air. Or you've left some thread of your own behind, and you don't quite know where." This sounds awesome, but would just be too embarassing. I was randomly called once by some sicko who, as soon as I answered, went into a detailed story of his hand in his pants and I quickly hung up, a little alarmed.
Random psycho thoughts of mine:
I've been thinking about this Friday the Thirteenth. The day, any year, is unlucky (right?) and sort of cursed. But I think that the 2007 is sort of lucky. So do they cancel each other out and become an ordinary day? I like to think that the 13 puts out all this scary negative energy and the 7 puts out all this lucky positive energy, so tomorrow there should be all this opposite energy swimming through the air, colliding and explosive things may happen.
NO, I am not a hippie and no I don't believe in "auras". I'm just a sad little girl who spends way too much time thinking about ridiculous things in the shower.
Started to get interested in this show, just from what I've been hearing from other people.
Does anyone know a place to watch it online (for free)? I think the official website has the first 2 episodes, but is there another place to watch the rest? Current Mood: crushed

In such a b*tchy mood, sheesh. Started when last night one of my roommates decided it was a super awesome idea to do laundrey after midnight!! The washer/dryer is right next to MY room, not hers, and when running is really loud through the thin wall. Really pisses me off... luckily I needed to wake up anyway. Current Mood: cranky
Then for lunch today, for some reason the entire shopping village was taken over by toddlers and their fawning parents. There's usually a lot of upper-middle class mommies with babies in the village and I usually love them and their darling GAP outfits, but today it was crazy. It was like a toddler convention or something, like if you brought your baby to the village they would give you a free car, so EVERYONE did. *sigh* But none of this really bothered me until I was trying to order a taco and one of these psycho soccer mom's was in front of me in line. She was really rude and arrogant to the cashier. Okay, so she had these two really cute girls, looked around 4, and they were sitting at a little table in the corner. There were a couple of other young families sitting around too. The little girls were sort of playing w/ eachother and moving a little, but in a decidedly calm little girl way (opposed to the off-the-wall energy little boys sometimes have). This mom would not take her eye off them for one second and kept shouting at them not to get off their chairs. Now I can understand this hyper vigilance if she were in a dodgy area of the city or in a really big restaurant and thought she might lose them or something. But they girls were like 20 feet away and this is the Mayberry side of town where everything is sunshine and Martha Stewart and rich mommies married to Microsoft daddies.
So when it was this lady's turn in line, she wouldn't approach the register and had to stand 5 feet away in order to have a clear view of the girls and said this to the cashier. But she wasn't really paying attention to him and kept having to go "What? Huh?" when ordering and it was SO UNNECESSARY AND OVER THE TOP. God, I was annoyed. The girls would like stand up to lean closer to eachother when quietly saying something and this lady would like freak out and run over to them and DEMAND they stay seated. She did this like three times, holding up the line. Me and the cashier spent a lot of time staring blankly at eachother, waiting for her to come back to sign her receipt. ERGH! I understand being a mom can be stressful, but chill a little!
Also, roommate keeps moving my food in the fridge. I use to have one of the lower drawers for my vegetables, but ate most of them and haven't gone shopping for last few weeks. There was only like a bag of carrots left, and for some reason today found said carrots in drawer with other person's stuff and my drawer was filled w/ someone else's crap. I don't touch any of their things, why do they think they can touch mine? The fridge seems to be getting fuller and fuller all the time, as if the roommates keep buying groceries, but eating out. Don't understand. Have hardly any space left for my food now and no place to put milk.

|Yummy Rupert Grint
Aww, that darling redhead with the great lines in movie one is now my favorite cutey in HP. It use to be hands down Sean Biggerstaff (who doesn't love a scottish accent?), but Rupert stole the gold this week.

I just love how the other two are cowering and frightened and he's standing all tall and going "Hmm, interesting." His posture and expression just look super hot. Also, glad to see they aren't using him just for comic relief this time around. I haven't seen this determined a look on Ron Weasley's face since the chess game scene. Knight to F4!
|Draco/Ginny Fic and HYD SPOILERS
Hi, well I finally watched the rest of HYD2 last week and actually really liked it. I love how lovey-dovey Domyougi is in the cabin, but favorite part of all is the ending kiss where she pulls him by the scarf!... EEEEE!!!! That was the PERFECT way to end it. Don't really think I want an HYD3 tho. I think there is definitely enough material and it could be done the right way, but I'm afraid they'll mess it up and make it all super angsty. Like, they could continue the Sojiro/Yuki storyline...
But I honestly feel that they won't continue... 'cause he proposed and everything.
Anyway. Erm, I wrote this Draco/Ginny fic and I'm trying to get feedback on it. I posted it at dandg.com but got little to no help on the forums there. It's almost completely done except for the very ending (not sure how I want it to end yet). So, I'm hoping to get feedback from you guys!!! PLEASE!
I really want the characters to seem canon. If you read, please tell me anything you think... if you do or don't like it, etc. Thanks!
I wanted the characters to seem really canon. Do they? Current Mood: anxious

|Hana Yori Dango 10
It was so, *tear* made me cry... not really, I haven't even watched it yet. And I don't even feel like it. Is that weird? Is anyone else starting to feel indifference for the show? Ever since episode 8 I just haven't cared anymore. I was a raving lunatic rushing home to see eps 1 - 6 and went mad over them. And I was excited for 7 and 8, but now I just don't care. The show isn't giving me what I want. WHERE IS THE KISSING???? I'm so sick of this f-ing angst. It just pisses me off now. So I think I'll wait til next week and then just watch the whole ending at one big disappointing time.
The only way I'm getting by is reading gossip about Inoue Mao and Matsumoto Jun. It's like, since the onscreen couple isn't romantic, I'm going to fantasize that the offscreen couple is. Every interview where they smile and flirt (come on, it is SO flirting), makes me so happy! It fills this Makino/Domyougi hole of angsty non-kissingness, if that makes any sense.

I'm 21 and now finally have semi-beautiful hair for the first time, yay! Over the weekend I got it cut and blonded... It's two inches below the shoulders and a sort of honey light brown. I'm really happy! I spent like 3 hours at the salon talking with the stylist who just happened to be my age, just happened to go to my huge-ass high school, and also just happened to be struggling to find her place in the world. The most exciting thing we talked about was baby names. Neither of us have babies, will soon be having babies, or anywhere near forgetting our birth control... but we got all giggly and excited about names. Current Mood: groggy
So, I'm inspired to put up my list of names and I'd love to hear what everyone thinks. I try to pick girl names that aren't very popular right now and any boy names I'm not repulsed by.
That's all I got. It's really hard for me to pick boy names.
Totally random, but did anyone know at one point Jack Sparrow was going to have a daughter in PotC3? But it got cut? They had cast the little girl and everything, her name was going to be Cora. That would've been awesome.

I'm getting really into Ohno now. Obviously I found Jun through HYD and then was interested in Nino because of Letters, but now I’m all about Ohno! I was watching their performance of Love So Sweet, the one on MS where Jun is uber-hyper, and there is this small bitty solo Ohno has towards the end… he sings only a few notes when the camera gives him a close-up, but it’s so pretty!!! I didn’t know he was so good! I knew he was the leader and everything, but he has some major talent. I mean, obviously they’re all talented, but to be perfectly honest I've never thought any of them are amazing singers, except now for Ohno. Whenever I’ve heard a solo from another member it was never that great (no one kill me!). If someone has a vid they can rec where other members have good solos that would be great. I’m currently trying to find more vids of Ohno’s solos (where you can actually hear him singing, the music and screaming is too loud in concert vids, it covers Ohno's voice), because he’s awesome!!!
THE VID I'M TALKING ABOUT --------> [MS]20070216 ARASHI - Love so sweet
OHNO ------> Ohno’s solo at time: 2:55 of 3:21 Current Mood: distressed
Sad confession that will lead to my stoning from Arashi fans ------> Most of the time I can't tell Aiba and Sho apart. Their faces are a lot alike to me! The orange hair helps tho.

|Danny boy takes it all off
Omibejesus... if anyone is a Harry Potter fan, there are now articles up online about Daniel Radcliffe's (Harry Potter) play Equus, in which he will be nude on stage (eeeee, that would be so embarassing!). The photos aren't from the play itself, they're just a shoot, but they show Radcliffe naked to the hips (no complaints from me) and the article says he wasn't shy at all about stripping. Sheesh, I was like blushing just looking at the pics... Radcliffe has guts. Current Mood: content
I never had a desire to read Hyd fanfiction, but this afternoon it suddenly hit me hard and I've spend about the last 6 hours reading some good stuff and sifting thru the not so good. If anyone would like some recommendations, I'd be happy to give.
Anyway, I was surprised by the lack of Yuki/Sojiro fanfiction. So far I've looking thru like a hundred stories and only found one Y/S, which was actually pretty good. Here is the link if anyone is interested:http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1758499/1/Uncatchable Stars
I think it takes place like a year or two after the manga ends and it is really cute and beautiful. I highly HIGHLY recommend it for any Y/S fans.

|Hyd2 Episode 4 Blog
I’m watching the live streaming and also downloading the torrent. Why is it only 526 mg when ep 2 and 3 were about 645 mg? That’s a pretty big difference… they must have layed on the commercials this time. Current Mood: anxious

|Nino not nominated
He ended up not getting an Oscar nod, but I'm sure he'll get another chance in the future, talented boy that he is.
Oscar nominations are out: http://www.oscars.org/79academyawards/noms.html
I was hoping he would have tho and then Johnny would have to let him take it... 'cause what all would go down if Johnny didn't? Would Nino be forced to leave Arashi or something? That seems too extreme. Especially when just wanting to except an award for his hard work and talent. Strange rules...

|Innocent Hyd photoshoots
*There was nothing to do in my room.* Take the above cut to see the irresponsible photo uploading I did to show Hyd never has sexy photoshoots and I think they SHOULD. I want glistening bodies and high fashion and suggestive positions... that would make my heyday.
Oh wait, there was that pretty sexy F4 shoot, with the roses... but I'm sure you all know I mean Jun/Mao sexy photo shoot. Actually, Mao doesn't have any sexy photoshoots I've ever seen. How come they guys get to be all sexy and not Makino?
